Job Description Job Description Key Personnel is seeking a Project Analyst II for a company in the Bartlesville, OK area. Project Analyst II Pay Rate: $28–$36/hr DOE Project Analyst II Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday Project Analyst II Responsibilities: Work closely with the Procurement Business Partner and Project Managers to identify purchasing needs for Tank COE projects. Create and manage requisitions for materials and services related to Tank COE projects. Support and manage change order requests, ensuring proper documentation and accurate purchase order updates. Assist Project Leads with purchase order and invoice discrepancies by coordinating with vendors and Accounts Payable to identify root causes and resolutions. Coordinate with Procurement Business Partners and Category Management on vendor additions or changes. Ensure requisitions are converted to purchase orders in a timely manner and confirm purchase order receipt with vendors. Verify that costs are settled correctly and that scope, instructions, policies, and procedures are properly referenced. Review and monitor project documentation for accuracy and compliance. Provide support to Project Leads and PCLs in identifying and resolving SAP system errors. Assist Project Leads with project closeout activities. Project Analyst II Requirements: Legally authorized to work in the job posting country. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated ability to read and understand drawings and technical documents. 3 or more years of experience using SAP or similar maintenance management systems. Comfortable collaborating remotely via MS Teams or Webex. Ability to work onsite at the Phillips 66 office in downtown Bartlesville. Associate’s degree or higher. 5 or more years of experience using SAP or similar systems. Experience supporting procurement activities. Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously. Mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of pipeline and terminal equipment.
