Overview The Tax Manager will lead the tax compliance and planning
efforts for the organization, ensuring adherence to all tax
regulations and optimizing tax positions. This role requires a
strategic thinker with a deep understanding of tax laws and
regulations, providing guidance to management on tax-related
matters. Key Responsibilities - Manage the preparation and filing
of federal, state, and local tax returns - Develop and implement
tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities - Supervise and
mentor a team of tax professionals, providing training and
development opportunities - Stay updated on changes in tax law and
regulations, ensuring the organization remains compliant -
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tax insights for
business decisions Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or a related field - CPA certification or
Enrolled Agent (EA) - 5 years of experience in public accounting -
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations -
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Proven ability to
manage and lead a team effectively - Strong communication and
