Job Description:
Job Description Job Description We are looking for a
detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a small
accounting team. Key Responsibilities Generate and distribute
customer invoices. Post customer payments efficiently and
accurately. Research and resolve account discrepancies or payment
issues. Conduct follow-up on overdue accounts and maintain detailed
documentation. Utilize Excel for reporting, data entry, and
reconciliation. Required Qualifications 3 years of recent Accounts
Receivable experience . Proficient in Microsoft Excel . Excellent
attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication
and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and
meet deadlines. Must be able to onsite, Monday-Friday (full time)
Pay Details: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour Search managed by: Kelly
