Front Office FloatFamily Medicine Har-Ber, a MANA clinicSpringdale, ARFull-Time The front office float performs various procedures associated with routine patient encounters,maintains positive relationships with patients, family members, visitors and fellow employees. Frontoffice float makes appointments for patients and maintains accurate and orderly schedules forphysicians. Front office float will be responsible for cashiering, scanning into EMR, building insurance,managing patient portal, medical records, posting charges, following up on tasks related to eligibilityand coding concerns. They will work on various reconciliation reports as needed.The hours for this clinic is Monday - Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-12:00pm.Responsibilities - Manage all phases of the patient encounter; verify patients name, address, phone number and health coverage; direct patients to appropriate clinic locations as indicated by the schedule - Answer incoming phone calls - Connect/route and relay incoming calls to appropriate personnel - Document telephone calls that are sent to the nursing staff in EMR using the telephone templateRequirements - MANA requires evidence of COVID-19 vaccination for all staff; religious and medical exemptions will be granted in accordance with applicable state and federal law - High school diploma or GEDAbout MANA Family Medicine MANA Family Medicine Clinics provide comprehensive healthcare for every member of the family at all stages of life.
