Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the documentation process-from planning to content maintenance.Use writing expertise and attention to detail to implement and maintain content standards that reflect the voice of Tyson.Create, maintain, and edit knowledge base articles that are used by a wide audience with varying skill levels for HR, Benefits and Payroll.Work with the subject matter experts and other contributors to ensure accuracy.Translate technical and industry specific or legal jargon into the language of the target users and customers while maintaining appropriate references and definitions for clarity and accuracy.Provide and solicit feedback for improvement of documentation and writing processes.Monitor the document backlogs for items requiring action and update the status as work progresses along the review and approval workflow.Required Skills:Bachelors' degree with an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience2+ years of experience in business writingServiceNow experience a plusAble to explain complex concepts in layman's languageExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalLegal and compliance writing experience is a plusSelf-motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervisionAble to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with minimal supervisionStrong computer and technology skillsTravel: Minimal Please be prepared to show examples of content created. #LI-JACLYNRelocation Assistance Eligible:NoWork Shift: 1ST SHIFT (United States of America)Hourly Applicants ONLY -You must complete the task after submitting your application to provide additional information to be considered for employment.Tyson is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
