Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager Construction to join our team, at a small family-owned, low voltage construction company in Fayetteville, GA. Work will be on-site 5 days/week, and you will be provided a company truck. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Qualifications: Previous experience in construction or relevant studies/internships Familiarity or an eagerness to learn construction management software Strong leadership qualities Deadline and detail-oriented Recent grads please apply; they are happy to train up anyone who has limited construction experience as long as they would be a good fit with the team!
