Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Bear Construction is seeking an
experienced Account Manager/Project Estimator for residential and
commercial restoration, reconstruction, remodels, additions and
custom builds. Ideal candidate has good working knowledge of
residential construction with emphasis on higher-end remodels and
additions. Must have experience with Xactimate and Docusketch, and
good working knowledge of estimating software. JobTread experience
is a plus. Must have strong communication, project management and
selling skills. The account manager is responsible for determining
the scope and estimating projects based upon the customer's vision,
and ensuring Project Managers deliver on high-quality finished
projects.
