DoThe Pratt & Whitney Propulsion Systems Division (PSD) in
Springdale, AR is looking for a Process Engineer (P2) to join our
Case Repair team. This is a fast-paced technical position requiring
project management and technical skills to complete long-term
projects along with everyday shop floor support. The Individual is
responsible for day-to-day interaction with hourly workers and
other departments at various levels of management.Key
Responsibilities:Ensure released technical data is interpreted and
implemented correctly per FAA requirements to operations.Work with
operations & quality teams for new process plans and all quality
compliance requirements.Implement Process Improvements to Establish
World-Class Repair ProcessDetailed Understanding of Part Processes
and operational needs to Implement solutions in PSD businessProcess
Plan Ownership & Tech-Data ExpertiseHandle communications with ASE,
CTS, MTU teams for New tech-data (EA) or technical information
requests.Support routine technical problems and requests from
inspectors and machine operatorsResponsibility includes revising or
developing service masters and new tech repairsCoordinate with
finance and customer service to ensure repair pricing process is
robust and accurateFixture design for new
products/processesIncumbent must be willing to complete export
Jurisdiction/Classification trainingQualifications You Must
HaveAdvanced degree and 6+ months of Engineering, Quality or
Process Development experience; OR Bachelor's degree and 2+ years
of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree and 4+ years of
relevant experience;U.S. citizenship is required for this position;
only U.S. citizens are authorized to access and handle sensitive
data required to support our government and military
programs.Qualifications We PreferDegree in STEM field; Mechanical
and Aerospace Engineering fields preferred.Engineering experience
in manufacturing environment, and working knowledge of shop
practices, processes, procedures and machinery.Ability to read and
interpret technical data, engine manuals and blueprints.Project
management experience and ability to prioritize work in a
fast-paced environment.Understanding of Lean Manufacturing
principles, and continuous improvement tools
(CORE/ACE/SixSigma).Experience working with Solumina MES,
Teamcenter, SAP ERP, CAD and MS Office Suite.Ability to communicate
at all levels of the organization including senior level

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily
onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as
they are essential to the development of our engines.Candidates
will learn more about role type and current site status throughout
the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to
and from the assigned site is the employee's personal
responsibility.The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD -
128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the
role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work
experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired
applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited
