Job Description Job Description Salary: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour We are a cabinet manufacturing company in Rogers, AR seeking a detail-oriented and reliable CNC Operator. In this role, you will operate and maintain CNC machinery to produce high-quality cabinet components per company specifications and quality standards. This includes interpreting blueprints, setting up machines, and ensuring the parts meet precise measurements. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC router for cabinet component production. Interpret shop drawings and cut lists to program machines as required. Monitor equipment to ensure parts conform to company quality standards. Make machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Perform routine machine maintenance and report any issues to supervisors. Track production output and complete related paperwork or digital logs. Collaborate with other team members and assist in continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required). Previous CNC machine operation experience (preferred in wood/cabinet manufacturing). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Basic math and computer skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Forklift certification is a plus. Must speak fluent English. Compensation & Benefits Pay:$19.00$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level. Paid holidays and vacation. Overtime opportunities.
