future. Kelvion – Together, We Shape the Future The Role Assembles
moving parts, such as shafts, levers, fan blades, bearings,
according to customer specifications by performing the following
duties. What you will be responsible for: Removes small quantities
of metal to clean parts or to produce close fit between parts using
portable grinders and other hand tools. Drills, taps, or reams
holes; aligns components, and bolts, screws, or rivets them
together using hand tools or portable power tools. Installs moving
parts, such as shafts, levers, fan blades, bearings, and work them
to test free movement. Bends and installs pipe for lubricating
systems; aligns and meshes gears in gearbox to assemble system of
gears including drive motors and fan shafts alignment. Operates
tube-rolling equipment after training. Conduct hydro testing or
assists in testing operation of completed product after training
Prepares final assemblies for shipment, or storage per applicable
drawings Positions parts manually or by use of overhead cranes or
other lifting equipment as appropriate. Prepare tubes or fintubes
for weld tube-to-tube sheet with steam cleaner and/or manual
cleaning method. Works with other workers during tube insertion as
per assignment. Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work
punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime
Implement and maintain 5S (workplace organization method in the
area with good housekeeping manner). Responsible with hand-tools,
power tools and/or equipment in the area on daily basis to ensure
cleanliness and functionality at all time Ability to work
cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the
public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and
executive management. Ability to perform multiple tasks
concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability
to interchange with others in the department. EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCE (required levels) Prior experience preferred, but not
