Wal-Mart is seeking a Manager II, Merchandising Replenishment in Bentonville, AR.

Job duties incl but not limited to managing assigned portion of in-stock mix to support the goal for complex departments/ categories: track new items to ensure time & quantity & analyzing & resolving in-stock issues. Bachelor's or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field + 2 years of experience in business or related; OR 4 years of experience in business or related.; OR Master's or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field. Skills required incl but not limited to: Experience building scalable supply chain models & processes & optimizing supply chain strategies while balancing operating costs & asset efficiency using SQL, Microsoft Excel, & VBA Macros. Experience setting up Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurements & improving KPIs. Experience building demand forecast parameters using statistic analysis. Experience executing big data analyses using math. modeling techniques: Linear Programming & Regression Analysis. Employer will accept any amount of experience with required skills.
