Company: FedEx Freight Job Title: Advisor-FS Project Management-Facility Planning Job Requisition Number: RC443270 Job Family: FXF: PROP-PROF Time Type: Full Time Locations: 2200 Forward Drive Harrison, Arkansas 72602-0840 8285 Tournament Drive Memphis, Tennessee 38125-1745 Facility Planning and Move Coordination - Serve as point of contact to internal customers in order to prioritize capital improvement projects and provide feedback in context of network optimization when suggestions and opportunities are communicated. Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing facility moves, serving as the primary point of contact facilitating collaboration internally and externally enabling successful operation at facility opening. This position can be domiciled at any FXF Location in the US. POSITION OVERVIEW: Lead collaborative efforts in support of optimizing the facilities network, establishing robust lifecycle project management of all network expansions, fiscal year and technology enablement projects and facility maintenance and repair programs. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Lead multiple programs or projects to ensure all components and opportunities, etc. are identified, assigned, completed, and implemented 2. Lead the initial and ongoing prioritization and alignment of network expansion, fiscal year and technology enablement projects and facility maintenance and repair programs ensuring results meet customer expectations 3. Drive asset optimization leveraging data and ensuring results are delivered on-time and to specification for network expansion, fiscal year and technology enablement projects and facility maintenance and repair programs 4. Lead vendor performance and accountability for adherence to contractual obligation, project completion to specification, and approved funding and continuous improvement 5. Ensure compliance and mitigate risk by proactively managing all aspects of regulatory and internal compliance 6. Develop policies, procedures and job aids and ensure consistent application 7. Participate in the development of facility capital, global expense long range outlooks, annual budget, and manage annually to fiscal plan 8. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures 9.
