If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Business Information System Security Officer to join our KPMG Global Information Technology Group which is part of KPMG International.Responsibilities:Coordinate, align and translate business requirements and security generally accepted practices, including risk-based practices, into security-based project plans and deliverables such as standards, controls, guides, design implementations, runbooks and moreAssess and mitigate system security threats and risks throughout the platform's life cycle; validate system security requirements definition and analysis; assist with the implementation of security procedures; verify information system security requirements and perform information system certification and accreditation planning, testing, assessing and liaison activities -Develop documentation, -processes -and techniques to evaluate and continuously update security solutions, technical and reference architectures, and supporting security strategies for the Function's core solutionsDevelop and maintain solution security controls test matrix, security assessment reports, plan of action and milestones, system security plans, continuous monitoring and evaluation plans and other artifacts supporting -software, system, system of system and platform security operations in alignment with overall Platform Security Management products, -policies -and practicesStay current on solution vulnerabilities and provide tailored security recommendations to maximize business usability and solution securityCoordinate with ITS Global teams, business sponsors and KPMG member firms to address security questions and serve as a promoter and advocate of Global Standards to drive KPMG's platform strategy, speed to market and security stewardshipQualifications:Minimum seven years of recent experience working in a security environmentBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experienceAbility to work on large-scale international projects and the ability to manage multiple processes and projects at once while building constructive working relationships across the different teams, functions, cultures, genders and demonstrating KPMG behaviors and values as well as an understanding of security best practices including key security management framework, such as ISO27000Understand key cloud architecture principles, APIs, as well as appropriate enterprise Data handling practicesKnowledge and experience of Information Security Risk and Security governanceExperience participating in security incident response and coordinating activitiesColorado Salary Statement: The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. - Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.Colorado Salary Range: Low: $114400 - High: $208100KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
