accountable for the delivery of Private Brands packaging projects
end to end. You'll be responsible for building and managing
relationships with key Walmart team members and their suppliers to
ensure client expectations are met and serviced to the
highest-level day to day. How you'll do itYou will be working
hybrid - mainly remote with meetings with Walmart weekly.Partnering
with WM Design Manager to consistently deliver projects on time and
to the highest standard alongside your team.Ensure all graphics
projects are of high quality, consistent, on time, correct for
Brand and color. Previous experience with Print and Packaging
desirable. Key objectivesCustomer Focus Establish and actively
manage relationships with Walmart Senior Design Director and the WM
design team. Be the go to person for day to day project queries. Be
the voice of our business - speak proactively, consistently and
with authority in response to projects, process and our people.
Build relationships and engage everyday with your category (BDL's,
PD's and PM's) to promote collaborative working. Delivery
Resultsensure projects are delivered on time. You'll be measured by
% of FTP dates you and your team delivered per week. Set up weekly
touch base with AD to report on your business end to end. Volumes,
updates, challenges, solutionsWorking with others - Collaboration
Understand workloads, priorities across the team day to day. Work
consistently and within process in front of the client. Escalate
exceptions to your AD for support and guidance. Set up weekly touch
base with AD to report on your business. Volumes, updates, your
team, successes and challenges of the week. This isn't an

years experience in an Account Management role, ideally with
experience of managing both retail and branded client
packagingStrong client facing experience and communication skills
with an ability to demonstrate rapport for establishing and growing
clientExcellent project management and organisational skills with
concern for detail and and qualityAn understanding of branding and
packaging design process from initial brief to artwork Equal
