The Cybersecurity Team seeks an IAM Senior Manager to participate i n the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The IAM team's mission is to provide the right information to the right people at the right times and places.

The IAM team is responsible for the overall care and maintenance of Tyson Foods directories, and for efforts like single sign on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), identity & access governance (IGA), privileged access management (PAM), identity lifecycle management, and security access certifications.

The IAM Senior Manager will report directly to the IT Security Director . You will work closely with the IAM Development Manager , IAM Technical Architect , and the IAM Product manager . You will manage a team of IAM /IGA Analysts and the IGA Product Manager to provide support for the IGA tool and the IAM plan and build activities. This position typically works on cross-functional teams to translate customer needs and technology directions into product definitions and processes.

You will directly manage team members. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work including goal and direction setting, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining team members.

You will need to be thorough and detail oriented. You will need to be passionately customer and outcome focused. You will need to provide input and execute on the roadmap items developed by the IAM Product Manager. This role requires demonstrated experience work ing with a team, whether as a team member or as a leader, and to energize that team to meet goals and deadlines. You will need to be creative and have a relentless drive to get a little better every day. You will need to be able to work with anyone, communicate with people from all levels of the organization, and instill confidence in our customers and partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages a team of analysts in the design and development of new and existing enterprise solutions as well as application enhancements.
  • Defines important and critical KPIs to report on business value being provided by the team.
  • Updates and reviews IAM related policies.
  • Presents quarterly on the state of the IAM /IGA program.
  • Monitors team activities and reports on project statuses to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensures adherence to established policies and procedures to ensure integrity and quality of projects.
    • Ensures applications deployed in production perform adequately; monitors performance and recommends corrective action, as necessary.
    • Researches and identifies the business technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Develops and maintains IAM business processes.
    • Experience in 2 or more of the following product areas: IAM enterprise processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, access certifications), Privileged Access Management, Secrets Management, Single-Sign on, Strong Authentication, Multi Factor Authentication, Policy, or Risk.
    • Direct prior work related to one or more IAM products such as: OKTA, Sailpoint , Saviant , ForgeRock, Active Directory, OKTA, Ping, Azure AD or enterprise directories, Hashicorp Vault, Cyberark , Beyondtrust , or Microsoft Identity Manager .
      • B rings industry-wide perspective, knowledge of existing resources and tools, and ability to discover innovative technologies as needed to make effective build/buy recommendations.
      • Other duties as required and necessary to ensure the success of the organization.
        
        Qualifications/Experience
        • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience .
          • Knowledge of Information Security topics desired and preferred .
          • Strong understanding of the full lifecycle of workforce identity lifecycle processes with working knowledge of relevant SOX controls strongly preferred .
          • You have and understanding of Agile principles including the SCRUM methodology .
          • Must show strong written and oral communication skills and tailor messaging to the organization's various levels in Business and Technical areas.
          • Ability to facilitate effective communications, building productive working relationships both internally and externally, engaging people in participative planning, and customizing the communication method for the individual and the situation.
            • Looks for opportunities to mentor, lead, and develop others.
            • Team player who can establish excellent working relationships with peers and other teams.
            • Security knowledge as proven through relevant security training or certification such as Security+, CISM, CISA, CAMS, CIGE, CIMP, CIPA, CIST, CRFS, CISSP, SANS, Udemy, etc. preferred.
