Location: Springdale

Job Description:

Job Details:

The Cybersecurity Team seeks an IAM Product Manager to participate in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The IAM team's mission is to provide the right information to the right people at the right times and places.

The IAM team is responsible for the overall care and maintenance of Tyson Foods directories, and for efforts like single sign on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), identity & access governance (IGA), privileged access management (PAM), identity lifecycle management, and security access certifications.

The IAM IT Product Manager will report directly to the IAM Cybersecurity Director. You will design and establish the overall product features of IAM initiatives and establish processes for management of product requirements throughout their lifecycle. This position typically works on cross-functional teams to translate customer needs and technology directions into product definitions and processes.

The IAM Product Manager will plan, implement, and manage IAM products to meet user and company needs. A normal cycle would include finding a customer need or security need, finding a solution that meets that need, planning for implementation, implementing, and following through to ensure that the solution is meeting the need(s) for which it was selected. It will involve planning, business analysis, project management, process development and improvement, and product lifecycle management.

You'll need to be thorough and detail oriented. You'll need to be passionately customer and outcome focused. This is an individual contributor role that requires demonstrated experience working with a team, whether as a team member or as a leader, and to energize that team to meet goals and deadlines. You'll need to be creative and have a relentless drive to get a little better every day. You'll need to be able to work with anyone, communicate with people from all levels of the organization, and instill confidence in our customers and partners.

No candidate will have experience covering the entire job description, but you should be able to demonstrate a growth mindset showing how you can fill any significant knowledge or experience gaps.
