SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager Business Process leads the development of standardized, sustainable, and scalable processes across the Food Service and Retail Planning organization (which will consist of Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, and other supply chain functions across Food Service and Retail BU's) including the flow of communication and identification of best practices. They are also responsible for continuous improvement by assessing, documenting, and holding parties accountable to their role within current processes. Lastly, they will work with cross functional partners to create and maintain reporting and documentation relevant to the Food Service and Retail Planning organization that will help uphold and evaluate functionality and use.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and continuously improve relevant business processes in Food Service and Retail Planning where gaps currently reside across multiple functions
• Define, manage, & continuously improve the governance processes across multiple functions
  • Inputs, Outputs, Dependencies, Assists in Root Cause analytics
  • Drive results via cross-functional ownership of processes by developing and reporting relevant KPI's
  • Set clear accountabilities & appropriate meeting cadences across multiple functions
  • Support change management of processes as defined
  • Support project management activities to deliver improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate discussions with business teams as needed
  • Define, manage, execute, and improve other processes as defined
  • Documents and formalizes business processes across functions
    
    REQUIREMENTS:
    
    • Education: Bachelor degree in business, engineering, supply chain or other related discipline. Formal certification in Project Management from PMI or equivalent Project Management Association a plus.
    • Experience: 5-7 years experience in supply chain or as a project manager delivering large complex projects in CPG or related industries.
    • Computer Skills: Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, and SAP technology)
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills between centralized functions and decentralized execution functions. Must communicate "up" effectively at the Director, VP, and Sr. VP levels
    • Special Skills: comfortable and effective in eliminating barriers and working across organizational boundaries to achieve project objectives; proven time management and multiple task management capabilities; ability to work at the strategic level
