Job Description WALMART REPLENISHMENT MANAGER Made by Gather is currently seeking a Walmart Replenishment Manager, located in Northwest Arkansas, to provide replenishment support by building and maintaining relationships with buyers, planners, inventory managers, supply chain, and sales directors; ensuring internal and external customer alignment to deliver on key metrics and objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES:Proactively monitor Walmart forecasts and inventory order flow to mitigate potential inventory issues and short shipments.Review internal pipeline and Walmart store inventory levels to ensure we consistently meet or exceed Walmart in stock expectations.Monitor total inventory pipeline to ensure adequate inventory levels, considering upcoming events and seasonality.Analyze in-season performance and provide recommended actions to drive sales via Walmart system settings (demand forecast adjustments)Track, maintain, archive, and communicate internal reporting on key metrics, including on time/in full (OTIF), in stocks, inventory and forecast accuracy.Analyze data and make recommendations to resolve in stock concerns, excess inventory, and aged inventory.Review lead times and make adjustment recommendations to Walmart as needed to improve OTIF complianceCommunicate with Walmart buying and replenishment teams regarding daily operations to drive sales, including, but not limited to, the following: Item creation/management, Scripted Orders, Ladder PlanningMonitor items and request item maintenance, as needed, to ensure Walmart item setup accuracy, and uninterrupted replenishment processes.Experience managing direct import set-up and replenishmentWork in tandem with sales director, sales operation manager and supply teams to proactively address inventory/supply opportunities that lead established goals and metricsComprehensive understanding of Walmart's Supply Chain terms, systems, procedures, policies, and practicesCreate, implement, and align forecasts for both Walmart and internal supply chain QUALIFICATIONS:5+ years experience as a Replenishment ManagerHighly proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with a strong emphasis and proven track record in Microsoft Excel Prior professional experience using Retail LinkDetail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervisionAble to multi-task, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a growing, fast-paced environmentFour-year degree in supply chain, business management or logistics preferred *Full-time position with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits program, remote, extended medical/dental/vision, 401K plan company match, EAP, discount program, holidays, and Summer Fridays PI208274793
