Dietary Manager

Position Purpose:
Responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the
overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with
current federal, state, and local regulations and company policies
and procedures to insure that quality food service and nutritional
care is provided for each patient at all times. -
-Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in food service administration, dietetics,
dietary management or equivalent related food service experience. -
Progressive management experience required. - Experience directing
institutional cafeteria operations. - Must possess food handler's
card and Certified Dietary Manager certification. -
