Overview:

An Assistant Site Manager will assist in ensuring that daily operations of the car wash are running successfully and provide support throughout the entire wash process to guarantee a Good, Clean, Fun car wash experience.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Engage customers and sell products & services.
• Enrollment & Support of Unlimited Wash Club Members.
• Open and Close site and facilitate daily operations.
• Assist in the training of Customer Service Associates and Lead CSAs.
• Assist in coaching and role playing to effectively teach winning sales techniques.
• Conduct daily preventative maintenance program according to schedule.
• Assess, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Attend the Point-of-Sale and oversee all transactions.
• Maintain all aspects of the property in clean and working order.
• Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile.
• Maintain all aspects of the property in clean and working order.
• Strive for customer satisfaction by receiving every guest with a warm and friendly welcome, providing support throughout the entire wash process, and ensuring a complete and thorough wash for all guests. Qualifications
  
  Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1 2 years of retail, sales, or customer service experience
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Able to work effectively & be accountable under minimal supervision Physical Demands:
    • Regular physical mobility including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle equipment that may average up to approximately 100 pounds in weight
    • Frequent walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods of time
    • Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions
