• Supporting DVMs to develop an understanding and best practices of how behaviors impact revenue.
• Provide DVM's one-on-one development supporting quarterly production, reviewing production performance, and coaching for improvement.
• Evaluate and monitor protocols for daily running/flow of the hospital from intake to discharge.
• Play a significant part in the decision-making process and implementation of any new initiatives within their hospital.
