Job Responsibilities

Support internal Employees and IT Staff for any technical issues on MDM.
Deploy new instances of MDM software such as Workspace ONE Airwatch and InTune.
Administer MDM software to ensure configurations are appropriate to our requirements.
Troubleshoot technical problems with MDM software and how mobile devices interact with it.
Configure and deploy supporting solutions such as security apps and platforms
Provide necessary technical documentation, occasionally creating it if needed
Maintain a high level of expertise in mobile technology platforms and emerging solutions
Serve as technical liaison to vendors for products and user support issues.



Desired Skillset

Experience with enterprise mobility platforms such as AirWatch, InTune, Workspace ONE with MDM or EMM certifications such as VCP desired.
Working knowledge of enterprise IT systems such as Active Directory and network technologies such as TCP/IP, VPN, and WiFi, as well as experience integrating MDM platforms into these technologies.
Good understanding of mobile security strategies and products.
Experience with Apple iOS, Google Android, and Windows Mobile/CE Operating Systems
Strong ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to build strong rapport with users at all levels
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer retention skills
Experience with Service Now is a plus
IT management certifications such as ITIL a plus.
