Job DescriptionThe Clinic Patient Access Representative is often the first point of contact for our patients and therefore must represent Mercy with the highest standard of customer service, compassion and perform all duties in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy service standards. $500 Sign-On Bonus Qualifications: * Education: High school diploma or GED * Experience: 1-3 years of a combination of clerical, customer service and/or clinical health care work, involving extensive contact with the public.
