Key responsibilities of this role include:
Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation
Direct and coordinate all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices
Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes

Key qualifications for this role include:
Education: -
Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program

Experience:
3+ year RN experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred

Licenses/Certifications:
Licensed to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas in accordance with the Arkansas Nursing Board Practice Act
Current Basic Life Support certification through American Heart Association
