Job Description:
The hours for this position are Monday-Thursday 7:30-4:30, - and
Friday 7:30-1:30.
Clinic duties include rooming patients, taking vitals and intake,
patient phone calls, refilling prescriptions, completing FMLA/short
term disability/etc paperwork, scheduling procedures,
pre-authorization of procedures and medications, plus various other
duties in the clinic. Responsible for the delivery of patient care
through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning,
implementation and evaluation. - Responsible for directing,
coordinating and nursing care based on established clinical nursing
practices. - Collaborates with other professional disciplines to
ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the
achievement of desired patient outcomes.
This position will also be trained on the hospital side of scribing
for the physician if that nurse is out or needs assistance.
Must have valid RN License and BLS -
