Overview:The Perioperative Flow Coordinator works under the direction of the Director of Surgical Services to facilitate patient flow within the department. He/she is responsible for actively monitoring patient arrival and coordinating patient flow through the various stages of surgical care ensuring the Mercy experience for all served.Qualifications:Education: Graduate of a state-approved School of Nursing.Licensure: Possess a current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the applicable state of practice or current RN work permit in the applicable state of practice.Experience: 2 years Perioperative experience required.Certifications: CNOR preferred.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to demonstrate clinical expertise in area of Perioperative surgical care.
