year Telemetry experience, inpatient only Description: This
position is auto-offer. Provides direct patient care activities for
all age groups. Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient
care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of
patient care. Evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by other
direct caregivers. Coordinates patient care in conjunction with
other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of
patient information. Performs duties consistent with mission,
values, and service standards. Monitors and coordinates patient
care activities to optimize patient comfort. Functions within the
scope of nursing preparation and established guidelines. Required
to meet unit-specific physical demands. A significant amount of
bending, stooping, lifting, and turning patients may be needed. May
be required to work differing schedules, shifts, or days according
to patient care needs. High risk exposure to blood and body fluids
is present. Physical demands include pushing, pulling, gripping,
kneeling, crouching, and crawling minimally. Maintains professional
accountability for patient care provision. Coordinates patient care
alongside various departments. Utilizes the nursing process for
patient care post-trauma, surgical interventions, and medical
comorbidities. Consistently performs duties in alignment with
