Title: Travel Med/Surg LPN – Inpatient Rehab - Location:
Springdale, Arkansas 72764 - Shift: Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
- Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts - Contract Length: 13 weeks -
Hours per Week: 36 - Start Date: November 24, 2025 - Employment
Type: Travel Nursing – On-Site - Estimated Weekly Salary: $840–$900
LPN Qualifications and Requirements - Active Licensed Practical
Nurse (LPN) license in Arkansas or compact state (required) - BLS
certification (required) - Minimum 2 years of recent hospital
Med/Surg nursing experience - Experience in therapy recovery and
inpatient rehabilitation preferred - Strong clinical judgment,
critical thinking, and patient care skills Key Responsibilities for
Med/Surg LPN - Deliver direct patient care in a medical-surgical
and inpatient rehab environment under RN supervision - Conduct
physical assessments, collect patient data, and assist with
activities of daily living (ADLs) - Administer medications and
perform peripheral IV therapy - Implement physician orders and
maintain accurate documentation - Participate in discharge planning
and provide patient education - Delegate tasks and supervise
assigned healthcare personnel - Maintain clinical competencies
through ongoing professional development - Support therapy recovery
