Work.” Role Summary: This position employs the nursing process to
deliver patient care. You will be professionally accountable for
the care provided to your assigned patients. Additionally, you will
assess the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other
caregivers. Coordination of patient care will be done in
collaboration with various departments. Upholding patient rights
and ensuring the confidentiality of patient information is
essential. Responsibilities must be carried out in alignment with
our mission, values, and service standards. Requirements: Education
: Completion of a nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or
BSN). Licensure : It is your responsibility to secure and maintain
a valid RN license in the state of employment and/or compact
licensure, fulfilling all state board of nursing criteria.
Certifications : Basic Life Support certification from the American
Heart Association or successful completion of the course within 30
days of employment. Depending on the specific position or unit,
additional certifications may be required within a designated
timeframe: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) NRP (Neonatal
Resuscitation Program) ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) CPHON (Certified
Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurse) OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) PEARS (Pediatric Assessment
Recognition and Stabilization) S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature,
Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And Emotional Support) Six
Assessment & Care Modules C-EFM (Fetal Monitor Certification) Other
specific certifications as needed for the unit Physical Demands :
Ability to regularly push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs.
Prolonged standing and walking are required during each shift.
Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to fulfill
