Orthopedic/Surgical - Full-Time (Nights) This role is for a
registered nurse (RN) who will deliver orthopedic and surgical care
to patients during night shifts. The position requires the
application of the nursing process, collaboration with various
departments, safeguarding patient confidentiality, and adherence to
nursing standards and certifications. Candidates should possess
physical endurance and a commitment to providing compassionate,
patient-focused care in a team-oriented healthcare setting.

process to deliver patient care, maintaining professional
accountability for the care of assigned patients. This role
involves assessing the effectiveness of care provided by other
caregivers and coordinating patient care with various departments.
The RN will uphold patient rights and ensure the confidentiality of
patient information, performing all duties in alignment with our
mission, values, and service standards. Qualifications: Education :
Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's
Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure : Responsible for obtaining and
maintaining a valid RN license in the state of employment or
compact licensure, fulfilling all state board of nursing
requirements. Certifications : Basic Life Support certification
from the American Heart Association or completion of the course
within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications may be required
based on the specific unit, including but not limited to: ACLS
(Advanced Cardiac Life Support) NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation
Program) ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) TNCC (Trauma
Nursing Core Course) CPHON (Certified Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology
Nurse) OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life
Support) PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization)
S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work,
And Emotional Support) Six Assessment & Care Modules C-EFM (Fetal
Monitor Certification) Other unit-specific certifications as
necessary Physical Requirements : Must be able to push, pull,
and/or lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Requires prolonged standing and
walking throughout each shift. Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel,
