Utilizing the nursing process, you will deliver patient care under
the guidance of licensed professionals authorized by a State
regulatory board to prescribe treatments and medications, or under
the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). You will
maintain accountability for the care provided to your assigned
patients and collaborate with various departments to ensure
comprehensive patient care. Upholding patient rights and
safeguarding the confidentiality of patient information is
essential. Position Overview: Qualifications: For Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN): Education: Completion of an accredited
practical nursing program is required; equivalent educational
experience and successful licensure may also be considered.
Licensure: You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a
valid LPN license in the state where you will perform nursing
duties, adhering to all State Board of Nursing regulations.
Physical Requirements: The role necessitates the ability to
regularly push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs. Prolonged standing and
walking are required throughout each shift, along with the ability
to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed.
Experience: Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the American
Heart Association or completion of the course within 30 days of
hire. Additional unit-specific certifications may be required. For
Paramedics: Education: A High School Diploma or GED is required.
Licensure: A valid Paramedic (EMT-P) license for the state of
practice and a valid driving license are necessary. ITLS or
equivalent training is preferred. Experience: A background in
Emergency Services is preferred. Applicants must be at least 19
years old. Certifications/Registration: Hazmat awareness level
training, ACLS upon hire, and PALS within six months of hire or
transfer. Physical Requirements: Similar to the LPN role, this
position requires the ability to regularly push, pull, or lift 50
lbs., along with prolonged standing and walking during shifts, and
