dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our
clinical leadership team. The RN will oversee resident care,
coordinate clinical services, support staff development, and ensure
compliance with all regulatory standards. Now offering a $10,000
Sign-On Bonus for qualified RNs. Key Responsibilities Provide and
oversee direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and
physician orders Assess resident conditions and initiate
appropriate nursing interventions Administer medications and
treatments per established protocols Supervise, mentor, and support
LPNs and CNAs Collaborate with physicians, families, and
interdisciplinary teams Ensure accurate documentation and timely
charting Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions
Respond to emergencies and changes in resident condition Maintain
compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State
of Arkansas Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
Excellent communication and critical-thinking abilities Experience
in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Ability to work
