Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: /n/n Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. /n/n Opportunity: /n RN - Tele /n/n Job Details: /n • Work night shifts with 3x12 schedule /n• 36 guaranteed hours per week /n• Every other weekend requirement /n• No call requirements or float requirements /n• 2 years of nursing experience required /n• Must maintain current RN licensure in Arkansas and BLS certification /n• Work with EPIC electronic medical record system /n• Black scrubs required - no open toe shoes permitted /n• Utilize nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care /n• Maintain professional accountability for patient care provision /n• Evaluate effectiveness of care provided by other direct care providers /n• Coordinate patient care with other departments /n• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality standards /n• Perform duties consistent with mission, values, and service standards /n• Must love to precept students /n• Upbeat and hardworking personality preferred /n/n Facility: /n This 336-bed acute care hospital has over 100 years of history providing compassionate care to the community.
