Days 1:5-1:6, nights 1:6-1:8 (estimates, not guarantees) Equipment: Alaris pumps, telemetry, lift equipment EMR-EPIC Scrub Color - Black Required Qualifications Registered Nurse, Telemetry Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed); CERT-NIH Stroke Scale SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 0 days of gap in entire work history References: 1 Reference in entire work history Must have 4 trauma credits OR must have them completed within the first two weeks from start, NIHSS (may be submitted without, but must obtain prior to start) Facility Location As the third largest state in Missouri, Springfield is jam packed with recreational possibilities.
