Doctor of Medicine | Neonatal Location: Fayetteville, AR Employer: Alumni Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty Nurse Practitioner (NP) State AR Location 4301 Willow Creek Dr., Springdale, AR 72762-8711 Requirements shift times: 8a-8a, including weekends Coverage Level III Proficient in all critical care skills some transport delivery from attendance 26 beds- Newborn Nursery ADC 10-15 Patients per shift: 7-10 NICU, nursery varies Please note that every bid MUST include the following information. -Phone number -Active License Number -Active state DEA Number -Email -Address (provider must be 90 miles from facility) -DOB >>> PALS & NRP and must be through American Heart Association or American Red Cross If your bid is accepted, you must submit the credentialing documents 7 days after acceptance as this is a new start for CHS HBP.
