Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Summary: Coordinates activities
of personnel on assigned shift(s) to ensure continuity of care,
patient flow, and throughput accountability. Arranges staffing
levels according to patient acuity and census. Assesses, plans,
implements, and evaluates nursing and hospital standards, as well
as unit policies and procedures to monitor and evaluate patient
functional status. Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week Relocation assistance: (must live outside a
71-mile radius from worksite) Experience & Preferences: Ortho and
Neuro experience required Experience circulating in Neuro and Ortho
cases required CNOR preferred Epic experience preferred Stable work
history preferred Patient Care & Clinical Duties: Uses the nursing
process and physician orders to develop individualized patient care
plans. Provides care and interventions based on patient care plans
and continually evaluates patient response to treatments and
medications. Participates in discharge planning. Responds
effectively to patient emergencies. Applies teaching and learning
principles to promote patient health education. Required Skills &
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of Charge or Leadership experience
required. Graduate of an approved school of nursing OR Holds a
diploma or degree recognized by a State Board of Nursing Valid
multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License Company
