Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and professional PRN
LTAC RN for a position in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role is ideal for a
registered nurse who specializes in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) and
desires flexible scheduling while providing top-tier patient care
in challenging and rewarding settings. As part of our team, you
will play a critical role in managing complex medical issues,
collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver continuous
and comprehensive care to critically ill or chronically ill
patients at an LTAC facility. Provide direct and individualized
nursing care to long-term acute care patients based on the
application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor patient
health conditions, assess their needs, and document their medical
histories. Execute medical regimens prescribed by physicians,
dentists, or other authorized practitioners. Advocate for patients’
and families' needs, or provide emotional support for both patients
and their families. Coordinate with healthcare team members to
assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
Proficiency in handling complex patient situations Excellent
patient assessment skills Adept at using medical software for
charting and patient management Strong decision-making and
problem-solving abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of Oklahoma Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is preferred
