Gifted Healthcare, a leader in nursing and healthcare staffing, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Per Diem Long-Term Acute Care Registered Nurse (LTAC RN) to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Provide direct nursing care in a diverse and complex long-term acute care setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures as needed. Monitor and ensure the quality of healthcare practices concerning patient care. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care. Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, including health, safety, and infection control standards. Expertise in long-term acute care. Strong clinical skills with a commitment to ethical nursing practices. Ability to operate medical equipment and perform complex nursing procedures. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in electronic health record systems. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
