Job Description Job Description Axis Healthcare is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our integrated care team, splitting time 3 days per week in Pryor and 2 days per week in Inola . This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys family medicine , has interest in pain management and addiction medicine , and wants to practice in a supportive, team-based environment. What You’ll Do Manage patients in pain management and Suboxone treatment (training provided, about 70% of patient load) Provide family medicine and primary care services Evaluate and manage GLP-1 weight loss therapies Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, behavioral health, and clinic staff Build long-term patient relationships Document visits efficiently and accurately in the EMR What We’re Looking For Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Active Oklahoma license (or ability to obtain) DEA license (or ability to obtain) Interest in pain management, addiction medicine, and weight management Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Experience preferred, but training provided for Suboxone and specialty services Schedule & Work Environment Monday–Friday schedule 2 days/week in Pryor, 2 days/week in Inola No nights or weekends Supportive care team and strong clinic leadership Emphasis on work–life balance Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and scope Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and paid holidays CME allowance Malpractice insurance covered Opportunity to grow within a multi-clinic organization About Axis Healthcare Axis Healthcare is an integrated care organization offering services across primary care, pain management, behavioral health, addiction treatment, weight management, and specialty care.
