Services to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Eureka Springs,
Arkansas, 72632! Job Opportunity – Emergency Department RN –
Arkansas Start Date: March 30, 2026 Location: Eureka Springs,
Arkansas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Rotating schedule including weekends and holidays;
overtime begins at 49 hours if scheduled; independent practice
environment Highlights: Rural Emergency Hospital (REH) setting –
stand-alone emergency department with no inpatient care Independent
practice model requiring autonomous clinical judgment and
decision-making Cerner EMR system utilized facility-wide Flexible
dress code – any color scrubs permitted Rotating schedule with
weekend and holiday coverage required Streamlined orientation
tailored to clinician experience level Requirements: Active RN
license in good standing Minimum 3–5 years of Emergency Department
nursing experience required Previous travel nursing experience
strongly preferred Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC,
and NIHSS Proficiency with Cerner electronic medical record system
required Ability to work independently and manage emergency care
