Job Description Job Description Axis Healthcare is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Pryor Clinic . This role is ideal for an NP who enjoys primary care , values team-based medicine , and is interested in medical weight management , including GLP-1 therapies. What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive primary care to established and new patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Perform routine exams, follow-ups, and preventive care Educate patients and manage GLP-1 weight loss therapies (training provided) Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff Document visits accurately and efficiently in the EMR Focus on quality care, patient relationships, and continuity What We’re Looking For Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP or Adult NP preferred) Active Oklahoma NP license and DEA (or ability to obtain) Comfort with primary care and patient education Interest in weight management and metabolic health Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset New graduates welcome; experience in primary care is a plus Schedule & Work Environment Monday–Friday schedule No nights or weekends Supportive care team and strong clinic leadership Emphasis on work–life balance Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and paid holidays CME allowance Malpractice insurance covered Opportunity for growth within a multi-clinic organization Why Axis Healthcare Axis is a growing, patient-centered organization focused on doing medicine the right way—supporting our providers, caring for our communities, and building long-term relationships with patients.
