Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical Intensive Care Unit Location: Fort Smith, AR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,840 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified MICU RN in Fort Smith, Arkansas, 72903! Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years License: Current state licensure Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CCRN (preferred) Must-Have: Critical Care experience. Passing of a medication and math competency test prior to assuming medication administration responsibilities. Description: Position available for a registered nurse in the ICU. The role requires providing direct patient care in a critical care setting. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience. Nurses are expected to work three 12-hour shifts per week. The unit has a patient ratio of 2:1 or 3:1. Candidates must be able to float to stepdown and med-surg units when necessary. The ideal candidate will be upbeat and driven. This is a fast-paced environment that demands strong nursing skills and decisive action.
