Registered Nurse (RN) | Psych Location: Clarksville, AR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,876 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: Senior Care/Behavioral Health RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Behavioral Health Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience is required. Experience in previous charge roles is preferred. Patient ratio experience of 6 is required. Travel experience is required. License: Valid RN license. Certifications: Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Must-Have Skills: Experience in anxiety disorders, voluntary/involuntary commitment, geriatric care, inpatient care, and locked unit environments. Knowledge of medical/psych issues and management of conditions such as bipolar disorder, depressive disorders, and degenerative disorders. Ability to perform cardiac arrest/CPR and use emergent chemical restraints. Familiarity with physical hold protocols and seclusion protocols/procedures. Experience in medication administration, behavior management techniques, crisis intervention, and de-escalation techniques. Skills in managing assaultive behavior and the ability to start and maintain IVs are essential. Description: A Senior Care/Behavioral Health Registered Nurse is needed for a nursing role. The position involves working night shifts, three times a week. The role requires managing a patient ratio of six. Candidates must have two years of experience in the field. Experience with a charting system is preferred. Candidates should have an understanding of interdisciplinary support services. The unit focuses on caring for geriatric patients with various mental health conditions. The daily census will be around 12 patients with a total of 20 beds available.
