Job Description HealthTrust Workforce Solution External is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Stepdown - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/27/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel • Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): Registered Nurse • Specialty: Stepdown • Number of Openings: 2 • Shift: Night • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 • Required Certifications: Current Arkansas Licensure, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS • Years of Experience: 2 years • EMR: EPIC • Must Have Skills/Experience: Must have experience with Post CV Surgeries, Titrating Cardiac Drips (Nitro, Cardizem, Amio, Esmolol), Bipaps, utilizing Airvos and the ability to recognize a deteriorating patient
