Job Description:

direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the
application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor patient
health and progress while documenting nursing care. Educate
patients and families on disease processes, medical-surgical
procedures and other aspects of therapeutic regimens, including
medication and pain management techniques. Administer medications
as prescribed and monitor responses. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated and comprehensive
care. Participate in professional development and continuing
education sessions. Maintain a safe, comfortable and therapeutic
environment for patients and staff. Strong clinical skills in a
hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in electronic healthcare documentation Ability to think
critically under high stress situations Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of Oklahoma BLS/ACLS certified NIHSS
certification encouraged
