Registered Vascular Sonographer - (Sonography - Sono)
StartDate: 02/18/2019Available Shifts: 10 D Pay Rate: $41.00 - 46.00

SHIFT: 4, 10s Friday-Monday day shift (hours vary), and call.

Required Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS: Must have ARDMS and RVT. 2+ years of experience and 50 mile radius rule. The Ultrasound Technician is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT), maintains a State License as a general radiographer, and/or is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS). The Ultrasound Technician is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: abdominal, pelvic, (gynecological & obstetrical), and transvaginal sonograms. Additionally is proficient at scanning small parts (thyroid, breast & scrotom) along with ultrasound-guided biopsies, drainage, thoracentesis, paracentesis and aspirations.
