Job DescriptionAbout EasyBins EasyBins is a fast growing online grocery delivery company on a mission to change grocery shopping for suburban families Unique to easybins is our innovative approach to grocery delivery - all orders are delivered at 6am and 5pm from multiple stores in your local area. This twice daily delivery lets our drivers focus on making deliveries - oftentimes many just next door.As a Customer Service Manager you will serve as the shift leader to:

• Answer customer and client questions
• Process orders for customers
• Respond to customer concerns and complaints and provide resolution.
• Regularly follow up with customers to ensure their experience with a product or service was positive
• Communicate with customers via mail, email and text
• Work with the Operations Manager to identify and fix delivery errors.
• Adhere to and reinforce established best practices.
• Become a subject matter expert in your role and model adherence to standard operating procedures of our EasyBins hubs.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to prioritiesRequirementsTo be considered for the Customer Service Manager role you:
    • must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
    • must have experience communicating with customers via mail, email and/or social media
    • must have experience using customer service technology (MS Office experience is a plus.)
    • must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    • must be willing to work in the office.
      • Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager
      • Customer service orientationNote: this position does not include any online grocery shopping or order management.Benefits
