once an offer has been extended . Job Details: Job Purpose/Summary:
The Catering Manager will oversee all aspects of our catering
operations, provide administrative support, and occasionally assist
as a kitchen team member. This role requires a blend of management,
organizational, and culinary skills to ensure the smooth operation
of our catering services.Catering Management: Plan, coordinate, and
execute catering events from start to finish: Develop and maintain
relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure
satisfaction. Create and manage event budgets, ensuring
cost-effectiveness and profitability. Coordinate with vendors,
suppliers, and staff to ensure timely and efficient service
delivery. Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events,
ensuring high standards of service and presentation. Administrative
Support: Handle administrative tasks such as coding invoices,
assisting in monthly accounting processes and invoicing catered
events. Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock
levels. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and event records.
Cafe Audit and Support: Assist in food preparation and cooking as
needed, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
Support the kitchen team during peak times or staff shortages.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
and during events. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Maintain control of food and supply costs. Effectively manage
inventory to its lowest functional level. Requirements:
Education/Certifications: Culinary degree with 3 years relevant
management experience or minimum 8 years relevant experience.

MS Word, Excel, Outlook Communication Skills: Clear and efficient
communication skills Special Skills: N/A Supervisory: Management
