Job Description This role is not open for submissions from outside staffing agencies \n \n Class A or Class B CDL Driver \n Overnight 1-2 nights at a time; occasionally 3 nights \n Home on Fridays \n \n LOCATED at 100 Business Center Drive, Cheswick, PA 15024 \n \n What Brought You Here: \n \n Class A (Union) $27.40/hour \n Class B (Union) $25.50/hour \n Quarterly safety BONUS opportunities \n Home on Fridays \n Overnight 1-2 nights at a time; occasionally 3 nights but not often \n Depart Sunday about once every 2 months (rotation) \n No out-of-pocket expenses- per diem, fuel card, and EZPass \n Sleep in a hotel \n Must be okay with assisting in unloading truck as needed. \n Benefits starting DAY ONE! \n \n Who You Are: \n Successful candidates for the CDL Driver role are motivated and eager to provide a high level of customer service. You are someone with previous driving experience and is familiar with pre and post trip inspections and using online log systems. \n \n What You Will Be Doing \n \n Current and active Class A or B Driver’s license with good driving record \n Drives truck to destination. \n Distributes receipts for load picked up. \n Occasionally collects payment for goods delivered and for delivery charges. \n Maintains truck log, according to state and federal regulations. \n Contacts customers to advise delivery times. \n Unload truck. \n Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water. \n \n Skills You Bring: \n \n Must be CDL Licensed, must pass Driver's Testing, and must pass DOT Physical / Drug Testing. \n Previous pre/post trip inspections preferred \n Delivery driving experience preferred \n Proficient in reading and writing English \n Capable of working in a physically demanding work environment which includes bending; stretching; pushing, pulling, and lifting 75 LBS; and extensive fast-paced walking in all weather conditions throughout the year \n Knowledge of basic math, ability to read and write the English language, and map reading skills' \n \n Why Trulite: \n \n Trulite offers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
