Our customers and our teammates deserve the best we have to offer! Chick'n Headz, LLC in Bentonville, AR is in search of hard-working front of House staff to join our restaurant team. Minimum Qualifications: SEEKING DAYTIME SUPPORT. Cashiers must be at least 19 years of age. Hosts and servers(food) ages 15 and up. Must be available mornings, nights, and weekends. Must be able to legally work in the United States. Outstanding customer service skills. Outgoing and bubbly personality Professional hair and make-up Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills. Great interpersonal and teamwork skills. Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances. Have reliable transportation and can arrive to work ready to receive the customer at the start of your shift. Ability to stand for long hours at a time Must be adaptable to a fast-paced environment (think fast, move fast) and be a self-starter. Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels Frequently stoop or squat to reach items on low shelves or on the floor. Continuously reach overhead, forward, and underneath shelving, counters, tables, refrigeration, units, racks, drink dispensers, fryers, etc. Frequently lift and stack items up to 25 pounds from various heights to/from shelving, freezers, coolers, stock rooms, etc. Available days, nights, and weekends. Occasionally, lift and carry up to 30-pound bags of trash and place in dumpster outside of restaurant Occasionally climb a footstool or ladder to reach items located on stock shelves, in coolers, freezers, stock rooms. Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed. Essential Duties: Work quickly and efficiently Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and other FOH members Receiving and confirming in-person, online, and phone orders. Handle cash and credit card transactions Serve as quality checker for outgoing orders leaving the kitchen. Package food, make tea, and fill beverage cups using drink-dispensing machines. Running food orders from the kitchen to each pertinent table. Assist in keeping the restaurant clean. Bus tables. Other duties as assigned Experience: Must have 1 year of customer service experience.
